Subway

I generally like a subway, as a GF/celiac I don't eat any of the GF bread as fear of cross contamination, so I have the salad which I'm happy enough with. However the last 2 times I've had the most miserable looking thing of a salad box I've ever seen. What you would normally get in the sub rolls salad wise is ALL I got in the box. Pathetic. Utter rip off. Staff can't listen when you place your order then it appears to be my fault when they get it wrong! I've used this subway many times over the years, but lately it's got so bad I doubt I'll go back to it. It's not the cleanest and that's actually normal for here. Most of the staff are quite nice normally Dietary restrictions: GF people be extremely careful of cross contamination

Great subway. Very friendly staff, great selection, really enjoyed the fresh tuna wraps and cookie with coffee. Thank you Collie and the team also for their great partnership to the Newry half marathon today.

i cant believe i even had to rate yous 1 STAR. if i could give you a 0 i would! your sandwiches are vile! the only good thing is the drink machine, FIX THIS.

This was the best experience I've ever had with staff. They really went above and beyond

Poor girl was clearly new and yesterday there was an absolute wet wipe of a girl 'training' her, your training method will make staff not want to come back!! Hope the wee girl didn't come back after her 20 minute break which she was commanded to set a timer for.

Maybe hire staff that know what they're doing? Too many times they hand back the wrong change or don't have a clue how to operate their till register. And stop half filling sandwiches...
