i ordered two online foot long sandwiches as it was BOGO, very simple. ham, cheese, mayo, lettuce, and parmesan. i get home and im missing the lettuce, mayo, and parmesan. so i had to make my sandwich that i paid for the way i like it when i opened up my bag at home. i’m very disappointed, this was my first time ordering online as it’s supposed to be easier but it gave me a worse experience, as this location was not really nice either and i wont be coming back
HORRIBLE SERVICE! I HAD A MOBILE ORDER THAT I PUT IN TO BE PICKED UP AN HOUR AFTER I ORDERED. WHEN I GOT TO THE RESTAURANT, NOT ONLY WAS MY ORDER NOT READY, BUT THEY HAD NOT EVEN STARTED IT! AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, THEY CONTINUED TO MAKE ORDERS FOR CUSTOMERS IN LINE INSTEAD OF MAKING MY ONLINE ORDER THAT WAS ORDERED AN HOUR PREVIOUS! I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!
Will never order here again. My sandwich was not made correctly and they refused to answer the phone when I called to informed them. I ordered an American club that includes ham, Turkey and bacon but they omitted the bacon. Crazy!

WORST SUBWAY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! This place needs closed down the employees are rude. The place is filthy! The health department needs to go check them out! All the people that work there act like they are being tortured to work there. They all need fired and get a crew in that takes pride in their job and what they are doing. Never going back.
I have never been disappointed at this location! The staff are always kind and don’t mind adding my oil and mayonnaise before adding meat.
THIS SUBWAY STOLE MY MONEY. I got called immediately after placing an order on the app. They told me that my order wasn’t going to be made because they were short staffed and they were closing early. I was also told that i would be refunded my money, and i never was. I wasn’t able to cancel my order on the subway app so i had no way to initialize a refund myself. I called back and left my name and number for a manager and no one ever contacted me. I waited months (regretfully) even after emailing subway customer support who never responded either. I went to the store in person and explained the situation, they said, “yeah that sounds about right…”, yet I was told that they probably would not give me a refund because “it was a while ago”. I left my name and number again to be contacted by a manager and I never was. Still never got my refund even though I have proof of my order at that location and the voicemail they left for me stating they would not make my order. I don’t eat at subway because of their poor customer service and especially not this location. I still deserve my money back.
