Website says 9pm closing time was told at 7pm there closed?

Unprofessional staff. Missed items out of my order. Pacifically ordered cookies for my kids and the items didn't arrive. Very disappointed would avoid this store at all costs. I suggest the manager who apparently fulfilled my order checks her cctv and apologies.

Recent changes to menu rules, confused customers and even more confused staff. Last time I went to subway RIP fillers, set menu only.

The subway in New Milton is very reasonably priced and the staff are friendly and polite

This is my favourite Subway. The staff are always so lovely especially Karen who will recognise me and has gone above and beyond when I order through my app - even running my order across the road! TheyThey always take care with my gluten free order too. Thank you Vegetarian options: Good vegan and vegetarian options

The owner / manager openly berated the other staff member in front of me. Poor manager. Horrible lady.

Worker named karen was extremely rude and unprofessional. She refused to allow me to fill up my drink and said it wasn’t bottomless however it’s clearly stated on the subway website that it is bottomless. She then went on to talk behind my back to other coworker. And when ordering she was constantly mumbling under her breathe, I would not recommend this place at all due to the terrible customer service and the rude employee attitude.

Don't buy a cappuccino, the machine won't froth. Staff just shrugged.
