Subway

Ordered a sub through skip due to being sick and the whole sandwich was barley even edible. Completely drenched in sauce. Even if I could eat it, it was missing toppings which I paid extra for. Not to mention that I didn't get my soda I had ordered...this is the only subway I ever have issues with and unfortunately for me I selected the wrong location.

Had lunch here two days in a row as I thoroughly enjoyed the 6" turkey club sandwich on Italian cheese and herbs bread . I found the service good although they could smile more and make you feel welcome . The food and bread was fresh . I brought home cookies which are excellent, especially the birthday cake one Would be more atmosphere with music playing . The washrooms were clean and great to have hot water fir washing your hands Find in general places out west are more expensive for meal deals than back in Niagara Falls Parking: It's located outside in the pacific centre mall . Lots of free parking available.

What's wrong with the staff? Why are they so rude, unkind, frown faced, unwelcoming? @Management, please take a note, and train your staff or increase their pay so that they dont pass their negative attitude to customers. Vegetarian options: Very less veg options
