I ordered through the app at 9:28. I pulled up to the restaurant at 9:35, and staff first stated (Avatar? whoever with black bandana over his face) that he had never received the order on his tab. I showed him on my app, and even my bank statement on my phone buddy is too slow to understand. 5 minutes later, I received a notification that he had cancelled my order. Usually the staff is nice here, except for this one. He had a banana over his face for whatever reason.
Always outa bread when I go there, and Subway makes their own bread so there just to lazy to there jobs . Just a waste of gas even going to this location.
They were completely out of bread! Right at the start of the lunch rush. And their veggies looked very sad like they were quite a few days old. Placed in a very busy mall. Sadly, there were kids beside us vaping and rolling weed at the table next to us. Staff noticed and said nothing. I asked them if they could do something about it, but they said they weren't comfortable confronting the people on the matter. They said, "its whatever, they do it all the time." I am very likely going to avoid this restaurant.
Frustrating trying to make a sub with a worker that has zero interest. This location is dead to me.
