There were 2 girls in the front counter, one was Sukhveer and the other girl didn’t have a tag. These girls were so rude, they need to learn what customer service is. Just because we were ordering more, the girls were getting furious. They need to learn what customer service is, and how to speak politely with the customer.
This message is to the management - if you want more customers, hire people who can speak politely and well with the customer. These girls at the front counter, one named Sukhveer and there was an other one too. Seems like they hate their jobs and pretty conveniently takes it out on the customers

Worst experience ever she even don’t know how to talk to the customer, i shared the picture as well as you can see how the sub looks like and when i tried to tell her , she argue with me and said i can’t do anything you said to put veggies , ok so i am vegetarian off course i will tell you to put veggies, listen sukhveer what ever your name is you should learn the abdicate first How to talk to a person .
She added pork in the sandwich even after repeatedly telling her not to.
Currently dine in the Subway right now. I ordered a foot long of chimmichurri steak and cheese. While eating, I noticed that I am eating a veggie sandwich. I opened the sandwich and I almost can’t see any steak. About 3-inch both ends has nothing but the veggies that were added. I showed the lady and she said that I can pay more to add more. We are only two inside and she was mopping the floor close to us. Why not mop underneath or besides those vacant tables?
Servers were rude and I got very sick from the food. Turned me off subway all together.
Generally, this is a great spot. However, on this occasion, both my girlfriend’s and my subs had lettuce that tasted somewhat “soapy” and stale. I also sampled the lettuce separately, and unfortunately, the issue persisted. When I raised this concern and requested a different batch of lettuce, I was informed that only this type was available, and there was no attempt to taste it or verify its quality. Despite this, when I requested a refund—having not even taken a bite of the sub—I received a few eye rolls and encountered a bit of reluctance. I hope this feedback is helpful for maintaining the quality we know and appreciate at this Subway.
