Staff is extremely rude. I ordered online to use a coupon and he was yelling at me because I watched him make my sandwich. Told me to sit down or else he won’t make it and even though I didn’t ask him to change anything, he said he won’t add or change anything from the ticket printed so no point of me standing and watching him
Super slow service, even when you’re the only customer there. Ordered multiple sandwiches and they do half of them first, wrap them, and then start the rest while the ones they already made get cold. They cut the bread horribly wrong so had to get a spoon to eat my food since the break broke in half.
Yesterday Dec 1 i came at 9:50 am and was told that they open at 10 am. The sign posted on the door says open 8 am every day. When I came at 11 am and presented a Subway coupon a young lady told me they don't accept coupons at all.
As some customer says it’s really worst subway I ever see, I ordered in app but they forced me to cancel it and paid in store
Employee asks for ID before even making the sandwiches that were ordered on the app. Make the damn footlongs and have them ready. Then i have no issues with showing my ID. That's why the app is there for to make things quicker, not wait some more. Also the boss footlong was missing the fresh mozzarella. I can't deal with ignorance. Guess i will order from another subway that doesn't require a credit check for fraud!!! Ugh $24 really???

Good Italian footlong but way too expensive for a sandwich and they charged me 1.50 for extra cheese mind u is 2 slices !
