Food was all wrong on a pickup. No one will answer the phone nor call back.
Middle of the lunch rush, line 4 or 5 customers deep one person working and at least 2 in the back hiding. One even came out to grab a knife, looked at all of us waiting, smiled and walked back into the back. Heard laughing and giggling seconds later. Won't be coming here again. Lazy workers, unnecessary wait. DO BETTER!
The tall employee, has been there for awhile, sorry I don't know her name is THE MOST AWSOME PERSON 😀 Love her hard work and makes everyone happy, she gives 100!!!!
By far the best Subway experience in Loveland. Lady at the counter is always so friendly and the store is always super clean. I go out of my way to come to this one.
I don't much care about the atmosphere. I am more about the service. There is a woman here who goes above what is expected. When a person sees a customer walk in and immediately knows what they want, that is service. She is always nice and service oriented. My daughter is always saying that she hopes she is at work. Rob Woodward make the right move and put this one in charge at this location. Then have her go do some District Manager training.

I got home and opened my sandwich and discovered the bread was totally dried out. I tried to call the store and got no answer. What a huge disappointment. Took the fillings out and ate them without the bread. Had I wanted a carb free meal I wouldn't ordered one.

Food kicked. But some curly hair worker made the whole visit awful. I’ll never go to that location ever again.
One of my favorite Subway locations is sandwiches and service have been amazing lately
