Not good. Left without buying a sandwich. Noone out front at entrance. No Herbs & Cheese Bread. 'Guy,' my favorite Subway Employee, no longer works there.

This Subway is an absolute freaking joke. I placed an order for two subs online. It said they were being prepared and then ready. When I walked in to pick them up, the place looked like absolute garbage with toppings everywhere. The guy behind the counter proceeds to tell me they are completely out of bread and asked if I would like flatbreads or just cancel my order. He then told me it's upper managements fault. I cancelled my order and have no idea when I will see my refund. A call would have been nice so I didn't waste my time going all the way over there.

Walk into the store with 3 people working. One of them was working on what seemed an online or pick up order. The other 2 were doing nothing. No hello, no we’ll be right with you. No customer service what so ever. This Subway along with the one on Denver Ave are complete trash and the franchise owner needs to step up.

I used to come almost everyday for lunch. Came today for the first time in a couple weeks and the place was so dirty. The guy working was sitting at a table on his phone and acted like it was an inconvenience to get up and help me. Didn’t even say hello or anything. I don’t know if I will be going back…

Steak sandwich ends up being a veggie sandwich . Stingy on mest, ask for me . Places 3 or 4 little cut pieces and tries to charge a extra 4.59 or something like that. Several visits now. If you want to be stingy, charge more originally. People who want steak want steak.

I paid over $16 for 2 6-inch turkey, bacon, and provolone. We got so few ingredients. I've been getting smaller and smaller sandwiches. I go to Sudway often, and this has happened before. I feel Subway makes enough money that we could get a little more meat and cheese on our sandwiches. The 2 guys working looked like they hated their jobs. Not involved in us as customers. I'm not sure if I'm going to keep going to Subway. I've been telling my friends how unsatisfied I've been and they agree.

I will NEVER again eat here. Rotten smell, employees were high and rude!!! I walked out the door because I bought in an older coupon and was denied. I said, let me walk to my car for a recent coupon,he yelled and threw it in the trash!!! I will NEVER be BACK!!

Late evening and there was only 1 sandwich artist working; aside from walk-in orders they were also responsible for online orders, which there were 3 of ahead of me when I arrived. Instead of making me wait while he completed the 3 online orders I was served quickly and without issues. Much appreciated!

Personally I did not experience an issue during my visit here, because I ordered online. However, the sandwich artist with the name tag “Guy” made me extremely uncomfortable with how he was treating other guests. Two men, who were in line behind me, ordered 4 six inch subs. That was the first thing that set “Guy” off. He slammed down the sub papers angrily. Then the guys tried describing how they wanted their sandwiches made and angered “Guy” even more. Apparently they could’ve gotten cheaper subs if they did it differently. Guy was rolling his eyes in a very obvious way and his tone was condescending. I looked around at his 2 other co-workers to see if they’d do anything about it but they didn’t. One seemed to look up at Guy as if he was taking it all in, but neither of them stopped Guy from mistreating the customers. Guy is bigger and seemed prone to violence, so I don’t really blame his co-workers for not intervening. But my question is this: Is this really the type of person you want representing your business? I would absolutely not hire him to work with the public. I know that everyone has bad days, but no one was doing anything to Guy for him to be mistreating people. I can’t support this business by buying from them after witnessing what happened to those other people, hopefully you guys figure things out sooner than later.
