Order said it would be ready by 4:25. Just walked in at 4:50. Still not ready???? Apparently the ticket just printed as I walked in the door. Yeah, nah.
I placed an order on the Crossroads Subway website to be delivered. Only part of the order was delivered. The delivery person went back to get the rest but didn't return. I spoke with the assistant manager on duty and then the store manager who both said they would refund me in full. They didn't. They referred me to the REGIONAL manager who didn't even return my call. Bad!!!!!
Aug 11th at noon. My boyfriend went in to grab us a 6inch turkey with marinara and a foot long double meat cold cut combo. She was was rude! He came all the way back home and all he had was bologna. Had to drive back to get his $13 sub corrected. She was rude and wanted to argue that there were other meats on there. He showed her the sandwich and finally made a new one. We are in the industry! Good employees are hard to come by. It is lunch service on a Sunday. The employee needs a supervisor there. We should've been compensated for driving all the way back. Never going back!
The lady who works morning has no customer service skills and is always short. She will see you walk in and completely ignore you and continue to do other things until she is ready to help you. She then does not greet you at all and just asks what you want and acts like you are inconveniencing her over the simplest things. I’ve had better customer service at the DMV. 👎
Awful experience here today. My wife went in to get us two sandwiches for lunch. The lady making the sandwiches was extremely rude and snapped at my wife multiple times throughout the process. On one of the sandwiches she ignored the cheese that was requested and instead put on the more expensive fresh mozzarella (ask me how a buffalo chicken sandwich with mozzarella tastes, answer, not good). By the time my wife noticed she did the wrong cheese the sandwich was already in the oven. Having already been snapped at by the employee multiple times prior to this she did not feel comfortable speaking up and telling her that the cheese was wrong. Now we paid extra for a sandwich that was not very good, because of an employees poor customer service and inability to follow simple directions.

It’s unfortunate that the employees here are so negative. I was as nice as I could be but they were not so kind. Lots of complaining about someone ordering too many sandwiches in the drive thru. Hot sandwich was rather cold.
Don’t touch the cash register while my sandwhich is being toasted and then get an attitude when I ask you to change your gloves before you put my veggies on. Gross.
The drive thru is closed most of the time so I often go somewhere else
Great sandwich. Bread a little dry on ends. Not soft. Service was awesome.
If you use the drive-thru, expect to sit at the window for 5 to 15 minutes before anyone even talks to you. This location is close to my work which is the only reason I've tried my luck multiple times but not once have I left this location feeling the service was any better than 2 stars. No one has been out right rude, just no effort or care given.
Idk. About an average subway. They all be about the same
I will not return here. The one girl there has herpes ( it was all over her face ) touching food with her hands and I just can't. Subway needs to re-evaluate their staff and see that they have no transmittable disease.
