Très bon bon service

Je me demande à quoi sert le système de franchises si les proprios n'en font qu'à leur tête et que les portions ne sont pas standardisés. Le restaurant à refusé mon coupon. Finalement, ils profitent des avantages de la marque pour attirer le client, sans lui donner l'avantage. Je ne crois pas que c'est une bonne façon de faire sur le long terme...

Service à la clientèle déplorable. Le vendeur a complètement perdu la maîtrise de lui avec un problème de paiement de commande. S'obstine avec le client et crié auprès de sa collègue qui propose son aide pour arriver à une solution. Je n y retourne plus à cet endroit.

The actual sandwich was OK but it was the experience of getting the sandwich. It was like the hardest I’ve ever tried to explain what I want in my subway. I never thought it had to be this hard. I only speak English and my French is terrible but even then I was trying to point out the things I wanted but she really wanted me to say it in French and she made fun of me not speaking French. I don’t get the point of being such a douche bag when you’re the one that also doesn’t know another language, one more common in the country. Anyways, make me another sandwich B1aaach
