I was forced into eating subway today. First time in 10 years to find out they don't have mustard?! Yeah, Subway is going to Quiznos in a few months. I thought it was a joke. BTW: I was forced to eat Subway at University Hospital. At this point it isn't even hospital food. Go to your local dumpster and slap together a sandwich. Off to Mr. Sub or Firehouse I guess.

I really appreciate the service that i got from the employee of subway which is on Huron street london. I want to mention the name of the person who always give us a fabulous service and tasty subway. His name is PRABHU RAM. Thanks

I really had a very bad experience at this subway. I went in person and asked for a foot long and also a side kick. Employee got confused and mixed both of them I said both are separate for two times still she haven't got cleared then another Employee interfered and took my order. Then again the first Employee started to keep wrong cheese, when I said I haven't asked for it, both the Employee started being very rude and started to criticize my accent and started correcting my language I felt very offended and asked for manager, then the Employee's started to say that one of them are on training and rejected to call their manager, I ended up leaving the store without ordering. I really felt very offended when one of the employees mocked my language infront of everyone, I am visiting this subway from more than a year after this incident I am not going there anymore. Tone and language the employees used was really very very rude especially the one who is not on training she is showing attitude and haven't even answered me when I asked about her mocking about my pronunciations and language.

I ordered 2 subs online and they were lacking on almost all the toppings. We both asked for extra lettuce and there was barely enough lettuce to go to the end of the sub and on the whole sub. 1 Olive and a couple slices of spinach after asking for more spinach. This was the second week in a row they chinced us out of our toppings. They made it right the first time they messed up but the second time they would not make it right. I wouldn't complain if they made the sub with a regular amount of toppings as I enjoy subway but we both love veggies on our sub. It seriously lacked on both subs. I went in to get the replacement they promised the night before and they were asking who told us. I stated a man at exactly 7:12pm last night talked to his manager and told me he would redo them both the next day but I didn't get his names. They wouldn't honor their word. They told me that they don't put extra toppings on ( they didn't even put regular amount of toppings on - but why would they have that option online?) We don't eat out too often and it's super dissapointing when places don't do the food correctly. If they redid the subs like they promised then I would have no issue. I am just very dissapointed. The photos are from the 2 times we got them and barely got any toppings.

One of the worst subway location in entire London. The staff here never follows instructions on Mobile order. They always make mobile orders carelessly. Even their own staff will not eat sub they make for mobile orders. These are pictures of the subway I ordered with request of extra veggies. Also when you go to store with the food and receipt to complain about the food that was served, incompetent staff need to make calls to manager before they can help or assist you. Extremely poor customer service. Only good thing is they are good when we make in-person orders.
