Service at these places is so bad, I will never be going back to these place again. Walked in to get a sandwich and so other stuff. From the moment I walked in I knew I was be judged. I ignored it. Stood there and watch two staff members look at me as I don't belong, and these isn't the first time. When the person was taking my order, I said I wanted steak and cheese sub, she looks where the meat looks at the other person and say do we have have any steak, they say frozen so I was done. I walked out and went somewhere else. I wasn't mean or anything but, I just felt so disrespected by them and I will never return. "They probably don't want me to." I was ordering in the app and had the wrong store selected (had the one where I work and eat at weekly), I called to cancel the order about 5 times but they did not pick up when they finally did I was told there are no refunds for ordering in the app. I also asked for a credit since I order there frequently but was told again no refunds. I will never order from this location ever again! Customer service NOT!!!
Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had. I did an online order for two foot longs, one being a "bella mozza". When i got home I discovered my "bella mozza" sandwich had no mozza on it. I tried calling to see what my options were to fix the conundrum, no answer after multiple tries. Finally I drove back in poring rain to sort it out and the lady handed me two meager little slices of mozzarella and walked away, ignoring my request for a refund or compensation.
This shop is my favorite Subway in town!
