The worst subway I have ever been to. Not even including the fact that they don’t take physical or online coupons, or the fact their oven is down constantly… It’s slowly gone down hill over the years but now it’s bottom of the bin. Online ordered 2 sandwiches, both are wrong, same as every order I’ve placed at this location over the last year. My sandwich didn’t have cheese (a base ingredient for that specific sandwich) and none of the add-ons I selected. There was only one other person in the store when I got there. I’m sorry but how do you mess up an online order where the exact ingredients are listed on a receipt… I get food service can be hard but I’ve managed a subway before and was a GM at a dominos… subway is the preschool of food service. Don’t waste your time with this location; go elsewhere.
First of all the staff is great, what is very disappointing is subway, I go to this store 3 times a week and for 3 weeks now the toaster oven is broken, REALLY!!!! How much money is subway losing over this , it is ridiculous that a major company can not replace a toaster oven. You must not care Subway, I've watched customers turn around and leave cause of this and myself included. Getting ready to be permanent customer gone.
In town for work and placed order via app. Order was placed with a later pickup due to being so far from the store. Received confirmation my order was made and ready for pick up.....5 min away from pickup, I get a phone call stating my $35 order was cancelled in full due to me using an online PROMO. Had they contacted me before cancelling my order I would have just paid the difference of $5 being as I already drove 15 min. Also, they did not have all the items to fill my order. How are you not prepared for dinner orders on a Saturday at 5pm? Been over 24 hours, my card has not been credited back. The manager was dismissive and rude!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!
I did not like how the older Manager, was so rude and mean to her young high school staff members. I felt so bad for those kids. Someone needs to investigate.
Why do you get coupons in the mail but none of the subways anywhere around here actually accept them I'm confused about the entire situation why waste time printing and mailing coupons out that nobody can actually use
We received coupons in the mail the other day so we decided to come and give it a try we walk in the door and they don't take coupons here well I thought I would go ahead and try the Philly cheesesteak anyway the picture look really good Boy then I get a big disappointment just look at the pictures and you'll see so they don't take coupons and then you can't even get the discounts on the app that they offer needless to say I want home deleted my account and removed the app from my phone and that was the last time that I will ever eat at Subway again I am so glad I didn't get sick from eating that
Please do not patronize this establishment! I placed a pick up Doordash order and when I arrived, they said "we can not make your order because our owner said too many people are getting their food and then canceling. You need to pay AGAIN and then call Doordash and cancel. I showed them where I had paid, and showed them where Doordash's app said I could not cancel because they had supposedly started making my order. They called the owner again and still persisted that they could not make it. I will put a negative review on this and every other platform I can because that is NOT how you treat a customer. Unbelievable.....
