Subway

Stopped by this subway this evening to pickup dinner. I order the Titan Turkey footlong sandwich. The sweet elderly woman made my sandwich. Bless her. Environment was tidy and clean inside. Happy to order again from this Subway.

.I am rating 2 stars because I understand that this was a bad interaction and not subway as a whole. Ordered three sandwiches online but came early and noticed the employees, an older Hispanic lady with glasses making the meal, put tomatoes onto one of my sandwiches I’m mildly allergic to tomatoes so I asked her if she could take them off because it was not what I ordered and even showed her the receipt. Preceded to tell me she will NOT take the tomatoes off and that there is nothing she can do and then ignored me until I left the store . Did not ask for a new sandwich, did not ask for a discount or refund, I just wanted the tomatoes I’m allergic too taken out. I am not the once to make reviews but this is the first time I’ve ever had to make a 1 star review due to the disrespect, and appalling customer service, and judging by these other reviews I am starting to see a trend with “older lady with glasses” in recent complaints. I’m not blaming subway, and I understand people have bad days but where there is smoke, there is fire.

I arrived 45 minutes after opening hour and it was still closed this location never opens on time I’ve came way passed opening hour to a closed store with employees multiple times.

This subway hardily puts anything on the sandwich. The bread completely covers all the toppings. You’re better off making a sandwich at the house with one slice of ham or 5 pieces of kids tender chicken mini’s with 2 lettuce pieces. Inflation at its finest here!

Placed an online order here and came to pick up the food. Old lady with glasses was making my order. I was her put the toppings on my sandwich as I placed my order from the store. I asked her to give me a bit more veggies as she barely put any on. She completely ignored me, built my sandwich and then looked at me and said No? Afterwards she made my sandwich and then didn’t put any sauces on their of my footings. Horrible subway. Horrible service. This subway has always been like this, I hoped after the renovations maybe they’d get better but No.

Two older ladies were in the store. She seen me eating my coupons. She waited till I ordered my sandwich and was made till she told me that I could not get the sandwich I ordered with the coupon. I told her I didn’t want that one then; she wouldn’t make me another one. After I tore the coupon I filled it up in my hand, so I know she seen it before I ordered. They both were very rude and did not listen at all.

I was picking up a bowl here and waited. The owner asked for my name (Woo Hyuk) I told her and she looks at the pick up name and makes the most disgusted face. This owner is literally racist. DO NOT go here, save yourself time and go somewhere else. Your welcome.

I attempted to place an order and was told I could not add something to the food that had not even been prepared. How are you going to tell me what I can or cannot add to my food that I am paying for? Rude as hell. Not to mention it took 20 minutes to even reach the front of the line. Your current workers move at a snails pace. I did not spend my money here.

Disrespectful the cashier was very old and rude. When it got to me to order my food because the cashier saw that I had a coupon she automatically said the machine was down I asked to speak to a manager she went to playing as if she didn't understand english

The most dirtiest kitchen Ive ever seen in a subway. I will never comeback even if there was an apocalypse.

Though the shop has more types of breads, crew has offered only plain bread.

This is why you don’t order curbside, got a bacon breakfast sandwich and this is how it came, 1 single piece of bacon on a whole foot long, also ordered curbside and had to go in to grab it while the employee just sat there.

Ordered online for curbside checked in waited 20 no one came out went in and they seemed ignorant to curbside!!! If I wouldn’t have paid for my order in advance I would have gone elsewhere!! Will NOT be returning ever!! Need better workers for sure because on top of all that they messed my order up!! Just ridiculous!!
