It says they open at 9. I got here at 9:27 and they did not open the door. The door was locked and the woman clearly heard me knocking. They did not bother to unlock the door or anything! She SAW me and turned away. They need new management. I wish I can give a negative rating. EDIT. SHE OPENED THE DOOR AT 9:30! I asked for her name since she stated she was the manager (9AM 4/3 Wednesday) and she didn’t give it to me. This is NOT what we should come into when simply trying to order. I didn’t end up getting anything and left instead.

My experience was unimaginable, I come here daily only to be insulted by the new employees. I understand it’s hard to keep good staff but let’s start with good training. I see why 3 other groups walked out…. You come to Subway so that you can customize your sub to YOUR PREFERENCE! I won’t ever return to this location RATING 0

Is never open at 9:00am. Why is it that this location can never do business the way they post. I have been coming to this location for 10 years and remain disappointed

Literally WORST SUBWAY EVER.! Literally just left got a 6 inch veggie i asked for tomatoes she put 2 tomatoes i asked for more she ignored me I asked again and she repeated its already on there like lady i will pay for extra tomatoes please just give them too never had to fight for food im paying for and she still refused to give me more tomatoes Last time i was here dude tall black and skinny was touching my food with his fingers and all the food was half frozen

Let me just say this store including ALL managers are ridicoulous I have family members that where African American that was disregarded from employment with them like trash ‼️ this is the worst company to send your family to if your anything other than Mexican or white . The manager Juana is rude and disrespectful and her bosses don’t do anything to her for disrespecting customers nor employees . This store needs to be shut down ! Like yesterday . If your a person of color don’t even waste your time because your judged as soon as you walk through the door . So RUN NOT WALK

There was a hair in my sandwich and Noone will answer the phone at the hebron location. I want a refund for my sandwich!!! Everyone beware!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE THIS PLACE NEVER HAVE NO RANCH BARELY ANYTHING CUSTOMERS NEED ME AND MY DAD COME HERE NO RANCH NOBODY DOING INVENTORY CHECK TO MAKE SURE FOOD IS STOCKED UP BEFORE RUN OUT
