I don't have the luxury of ordering out often at all. But when I do I like to enjoy my meal. However in this case I didn't enjoy it. A few items that I asked to be on my sandwich were not even present. What is the point of giving the public options, when you aren't going to give them the options you offer on the sandwich they paid for? I will not be ordering from this location again.
Very poor experience today (Jan 7). The employee argued with me over whether or not I initially asked for a 6” or 12”; stating to me “I know what I heard”. I clearly ordered a 6” sub. He then argued with me and attempted to explain to me how ordering works when I clearly stated “NO salt and pepper”. He also then tried to charge me $50 for 2 - 6” subs (no meals added) and a kids meal. I will be contacting Subway corporate and the owner of the location, as how I was treated was unprofessional.
Staff were slow, answered phones when needing to do service, had to repeat order from mishearing.
Haven't been to a subway in years but recently decided to try their gluten free bread and use the mailed coupons. They didn't have any gluten free bread unfortunately and we didn't get to use the buy one get one free coupon as I wasn't able to get anything else :( Dietary restrictions: See above
Employee was very fast and friendly, sandwich was made well
They locked the door before 10pm, their closing time, and refused service. Even when I go the staff is pretty indifferent and lack social skills.
