They misrepresent their prices. Listing lower prices and charge different values. Would not refund the difference or any type of remediation. I would check your bill before paying. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread does not hold together.

Waited 10 minutes for service only for them to underfill my sandwich and then burn it when they chatted with eachother. If you want any decent service order it on skip its the only orders they seem to care about at all.

The store was packed full of people and only two workers were making subs. There was 2 others but they were cleaning dishes. This was at 6:30pm as well. Supper rush, all the subs made were sloppy and they barely listened! They never change their gloves, wear hats or switch out the actual containers that have their previous food in it.they ran out of lettuce and just grabbed a back and stuffed the same container in it. Same with the turkey and ham. Not sanitary at all.

Great location, service, and quality

Tha guy name Ankit was rude to us and asking again and again that you are new to Canada and was laughing also except helping he was laughing on us and even he did not gave napkins with sub and when I asked for napkins he Did not provide himself just told me to take it from there.

530pm on a Saturday and they had no soup or cookies. They hadn’t even hit the dinner rush and they’re out of everything? Frustrating.

I went at this location and it’s a good experience. Workers are very helpful. I wanted to use coupon but the coupon doesn’t cover the meat option I wanted to eat. But the person working there first refused to use it same coupon and afterwards tried couple of times and make it happen. Finally I use that coupon and very happy with the service. I was ordering and the staff was talking in different language and laughing at me, it was soo rude. She doesn’t understand English what i was trying to order. Like seriously give some basic training

Don’t usually make reviews at places, and subway is usually not to bad for service or food nothing to complain about at least, but yesterday I went there and had terrible service, took us 20 minutes from the point of starting to make our food till we got to leave, they toasted our sandwiches and then the food just say there for 5 minutes while they started to help another customer behind us wasn’t busy at all, just one other person in line, we waited so long to actually get our food that by the time I got it the bread was extremely moist and falling apart, not to mention they didn’t even get our order right they put on the wrong meat, didn’t even finish my food.
