Sent two teenage boys in to get lunch, they were treated poorly by staff…will never return to this location

Walked in there not greeted or acknowledged other than by a stare down. Than the "gentleman" standing at the front began talking in a different language to two people in the back. One lady came out front (I was thinking I was finally going to get served), she stood in front of me stared at me and just as I was about to say hello she walked to the back and they continued talking..... I ended up walking out as I do not want to be served by such disrespectful people......

Ordered lunch for an out of town team playing at the Cavendish Farms Center. Excellent service and great food. The platters were the perfect lunch for a large group. The team at this Subway location had the meal ready on time, well organized and provided generous toppings and condiments. Thank you!

Ordered online, got so much pepper on footlong wasn’t cut, quite disappointed. Just found a hair in the sub, there was a whole layer of pepper that was almost thicker then the sandwich. I ordered a #3 and only got 1 piece of bacon 15$ per sub for this quality is absolutely disgusting, the meatballer sub was falling apart and you had to use a fork and knife. The paper was absolutely drenched in sauce that when we were unwrapping the sub we got our hands covered in sauce… we ask for toasted and they were not.

I have a discount that gives me 10% off the total purchase. They said they could not validated and only had the option to give me 10% on the price of a sandwich. That's a BIG Difference when your total meal equals about $50 and the sandwich just $11. They were very rude and just kept telling me the same thing that they couldn't do it. They even told me that I could complain with the corporation Subway. Not a very pleasant experience.

Upon encountering the advertisement for the recently launched menus approximately two months ago (2023) , I made the decision to visit a Subway branch. The staff at this particular location were extremely amicable, I decided to try the "6 -inch LITTLEITALY" sandwich based on their recommended recipe. Additionally, I indulged in another 6-inch sandwich, opting for my all-time favorite, the “MEATBALLER” sub. I thoroughly enjoyed both selections, although I discovered that I am not particularly fond of pesto sauce after sampling the "LITTLEITALY" The establishment itself was tidy and, during my visit on a Sunday evening, it was not bustling with activity.
