Worst Subway I have ever been to, since the refurb and the new staff this subway has dropped so much. Previous staff were friendly and caring to locals. New staff are tight and rude and extremely slow. Also suspected scamming going on as subway points are recognized. The portion sizes are so small it’s ridiculous. They then charge you double for extras. Joke of a place since staff has changed. Used to see locals in here all time who were looked after by staff. Don’t see that anymore - it’s sad.
Like the last reviewer, would give 0 stars if I could. Since they’ve been taken over the staff are awful - arrogant and rude with zero customer service skills. Really small portions, hardly any cheese, hardly any salad and they halved a 6 inch for a kids portion and it was tiny. The cupped drinks they give with a meal deal too are literally a kids size. Disgusting and greedy. Wont be returning and I suggest anyone else that wants a decent standard doesn’t bother either. Also, points scanner wasn’t working and the receipt was missing the code so clearly a scam.
Would be zero if possible. Rude staff. Only had 3 salad items which were stingy portions and when asked for more, told would be charged extra. Okay. But the extra was just as tiny.

Cant fault the food but the staff are an absolute joke. It seems like they’re all away with the fairies as they just completely ignore you for ages before serving you. There doesn’t even have to be a queue, it’ll be quiet and they’ll still act like they haven’t seen you. Defeats the purpose of the name “fast food” when they all work extremely slow.
