Tried it several times. Never get our order right if we order on the app. Tried it in person—the “sandwich artist” was on his Bluetooth headphones the whole time and it was strange. Also made the sandwiches very sloppily and hard to eat. Also was charged too much and was basically told they couldn’t fix it and not offered any type of reimbursement. I got so frustrated I just left it. Won’t be returning anymore.
Messed up the order straight away and proceeded to charge extra once it was fixed
I hope I could give a 0 star. I was served a stale bread, felt sick after eating only a part of sandwich.
The portion sizes of deli meat were cut in half, I asked why they said that's the new spec, everyone was really nice, but $12 a sandwich for 2 thin slices of meat is kind of absurd.
Friendly, polite and well manored staff here for all the "I want and that, that, that and that" these employees hear all day. Remember a please and thank you go along way and can make people feel appreciated. We ALL have feelings. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp on south side of location.
After waiting for over 20 minutes for 2 people in front of me to order tried to order but was told I could not get turkey without extra charge everything with turkey costs extra, not looking to just get ripped off so i just left, completely ruined my day because now I dont have time to go anywhere else because I just wasted half an hour thanks will never recommend or go to this subway have had issues every time have come to this particular store it is just the worst
ownership changed, all but two employees were released with zero notice and replaced with people who really don’t seem to know they’re doing or communicate very well with customers.
