Each time I go here they make something wrong. Every single time. It is so disappointing. I ordered a pizza and got a wrap. And the last time I called to complain they got order wrong. I got a long lecture from the manager or owner of whoever answered the call. He mentioned that I should check my order before I left. Didn’t apologize or try to make up for their mistakes. And it was their mistake. So I won’t be coming to this store anymore. Just so aggravating and annoying. Terrible customer service.

Practically nothing put between two pieces of dried crumbly bread. Spoke to franchise owner and she would not do anything to make it better. She did not even apologize for selling an inferior product. I complained to the Subway corporate office. They offered no remedy to the situation. This store does not care about it’s customers. STAY AWAY!!!!

This place is so terrible it's kind of comical. The guy serving me was on his phone the entire time and didn't know how to make my sandwich so I had to read the ingredients out to him. They also ran out of a few ingredients and he was swatting flies away from everything.
