Came to buy a sandwich at 9:07pm and clerk didn't want to make me a sandwich. He was rushing to close. What's the point of posting a 9:30pm closing time if you don't want to serve customers after 9pm ?
Pre ordered my Sweet Onion chicken Teriyaki for pickup and when I arrived my sandwich was so soggy that it ripped open from the paper bag it was in. I am a frequent customer but I'm starting to think differently. I asked for a new sandwich and was told they were busy with other orders and I was the only person that was in the store at the time I didn't get anywhere with it and ended up throwing away my sandwich. Horrible customer service and sloppy made food.
Love this subway! The people there are always so genuine and helpful, food is always prepped well. Been coming here for years and it’s about the only subway I’ll take me and the family to. Parking: Easy to get in and out Kid-friendliness: Always so great with my kids
I called at 830pm to ask how late they were open , they said until 930pm
I went there to purchase two sandwiches. Two separate orders. Two separate coupons. Coupons do not say one coupon per customer. As I had two orders, I should have been able to use the coupons, one for each order. I informed them the other customer was at home. They refused to allow both coupons. So I refused to give them any of my business this evening. Would give zero stars if possible.
Awful bold to not notify someone that you are going to be MICROWAVING their food. For an almost 15 dollar sandwich you got to be very inconsiderate to just make them and not notify the person before hand if that was okay. Their toaster was done who cares that don’t mean I wanted two sandwiches microwaved. Contacted customer service for my money back and won’t be going here again.
