Prices are going way up and the amount of meat and food you get has gone way down. I remember when the Philly cheese steak cost way less and you got way more meat of higher quality. Shrinkflation. For convenience I place my orders on line, in the note section I will request to have onions and peppers toasted with bread, not ONCE has this ever happened! Why is there a note/special section if its not going to read!

Very bad! I went in ordered my food the Manager was taking money thru and touch my sandwich. I had to tell him to wash his hands, he then put on new gloves without washing his hands. He then rubbed his nose with his arm. In this era people get sick very easily and things like this can contribute to this. Everyone in the restaurant walked out! As a manager he should have known better. He needs more training on hygiene!
Dont order online at this store. They screw it up everytime you must go in and watch them make it to ensure you get what you want. They cant even remember to put in the cookie you buy.
They made my take out sub to go with the least amount of ingredients.

Believe it or not I actually went back there a week or so ago due to time restraints .Sub TO GO is a big mistake! What I got was stale bread probably from the day before.
My advice is to Always tell them it’s for eating on site. That way you will get fresh bread, then when they start to wrap it up tell them “I changed my mind I’ll have it to go”.
Needless to say I will never go there again!
Well well well, just found out Cousins Subs is building a new store just a couple blocks down the street. They really know how to make fresh subs, and more importantly they know how to treat and retain customers.
On June 6th, at 6:30pm the employee Seth deserves kudos for his outstanding customer service. There was a line to the door with online orders while he was working alone. He had impeccable customer service skills and apologized for the delay. Seth never lost his composure!! The store should have more than 1 employee for their sake and Subways reputation during this busy time of the day.
I didn't get the name of the individual that made my Sub, sorry. It was absolutely refreshing to be served with such a smile and perfection! Definitely an asset to your business and Janesville as a whole! Thank You!
All I have to say is a few of the girls need attitude adjustments and the manager needs to hold the employees accountable for their behavior. If I spend my money I expect to be treated with respect. Lots of people don't give reviews that's why these youngsters don't have no respect. I demand it my kids don't disrespect me so I wouldn't let nobody do that. Get it together and the app has been acting up get it fixed.

Ordered my food online, and by the time I got there, they were just finishing up my food. And as always, great food!
