I won't lie the smell was amazing its what caught my attention but the food and service not so much. I ordered 3 chocolate chip cookies she gave me 4 but only because they were all rock hard. I went back and told he'd to which she said she gave me four for a reason. But I didn't want 3 rock hard cookies let alone 4. I than gave her the receipt and asked for my money back. Than another lady came out from the back and offered me 4 double chocolate chip cookies but I didn't want those yet she still kept trying to give them to me . I told her to just give me my money back and the first 2 times she said no until the other lady told her to. And I'm pretty sure they we're talking about me in Bengal. Just a bad experience .

The employees were making fun of an old man because he was African American and didn't speak their language. They're nice to you only if you're Bengali. I'm gonna stop going to this place even though they were nice every time I visited. But they were probably nice because I'm from their country.

I placed an order online for store pick up. Got there and the staff was extremely rude and unpleasant they started talking in their native language and was very disrespectful. I will never order from that restaurant again.

Most of the time after school i come here and always get food. Even when the machine had no ice I STILL CAME. As soon as i walk in the lady that normally does my sandwich isn’t there and there are two other ladies. I made a request for them to warm up the cookies as THEY LOOKED STALE AND HAVE BEEN SITTING THERE FOR A WHOLE. the cookies were rock hard so i asked if she could warm it so they are hot and fresh. MIND YOU i could’ve been rude and asked for the fresh ones being baked but i didn’t. She gives me a rude face and begins talking with her coworker like i wouldn’t understand them which i did. (she began bringing up my order total) and was being rude when i requested for something else. For someone that comes here most of the time and orders the same thing this place WILL NEVER get my support again. The two ladies i encountered were rude and disrespectful talking rude in their native languages and look at you like you’re trying to steal. This experience will make me never come back. She threw my food rudely to give to me on top of that as well. Please don’t go here. Horrible Experience.

HATE THIS PLACE WONT GO HERE AGIAN me and my friend had an online pickup but my friend wanted to inside the places so we stayed the 2 ladies kept looking at us like we were stealing something or doing something wrong both were talking in their own language (which is ok I didn’t care like always) but they kept looking at us and one lady asked my friend where are you from and she said india (my friend didn’t understand what they were saying before bc she was on her phone) after they asked her and she answered they looked shocked and scared at the same time and they turned around and stop talking and me and my friend left weirded out (I didn’t get nothing bc I wasn’t hungry but i bought my friend the food for her) they also said what are you doing here to me i felt mad bc couldn’t i stay with my friends Kid-friendliness: THEY ARE NOT KID FRIENDLY when i was in there Wheelchair accessibility: Its kinda hard because the door it thin

Worst subway in usa

IF I could give zero stars I would this subway is unprofessional I order the buy one get one footlong. Traveled so far for it to come back home and find ONLY ONE SLICE OF TURKEY IN MY FOOTLONG. In my other foot long about 1/4 scoop of chicken. This is obnoxious on behalf of the business that they treat the customers like this. This is unacceptable under every circumstances if this is how you’re going to run the business it should be shut down. As human beings it’s not about the price but about the principle of being played. I demand some kind of action taken or compensation.
