Terrible service and terrible quality. Just got my sandwich and this is what i am presented with. Do not come here. Waist of money. Cant even order online like you can as they'll cancel it and claim that ppl scam them and other stuff. Also cant use coupons that are accepted at any location. Get better service ay McDonald's
The lady in the front is really moody. For no reason. I ordered she had a very dismissive attitude when it comes to customers. I asked her to toast my hero she didn't, it was basically warm bread. very cheap on the vegetables, except for lettuce. I love subway, i have never been so disappointed in subway in the many years i got sandwiches there. I will never come back to this subway location ever again. I regret coming here. The service was so disappointing that it made me go look at the reviews when i got home. Boy...were there is smoke! You can tell that they don't read their reviews because this problem has been going back for almost two years.
Went there for the first time and noticed the salad, pickles, spinach, green peppers and cucumbers were clearly not fresh as it has been there for a couple of days. I told the representative and she shuffled it around and was persistent it was fresh. It was not! Another customer came in and confirmed but once again the representative keeps telling me it’s fresh. After I finished my meal (which was not good at all) minus the vegetables I noticed that another representative walked in with a bag with newly purchased vegetables. A grocery store is near by the facility… It is a very convenient location to get a subway sandwich but I rather drive further away to get it fresh. Management, please look into this as it would have been a very convenient subway for gym members and the community to get a healthy sandwich. Will not go go back until something changes! I should have checked and read the reviews prior to going.

Disappointed. Prepare your own sandwich at home. Poor customer service The worst attitude and Quality of highly food unacceptable. Money could be respected and appreciated elsewhere.

Samira is rude and nasty. Her customer service is absolutely disgusting. We frequently get sandwiches from this location and she always has the worst attitude. We understand that this location does not honor all Subways pricing but her method of handling request is sub par. We’ve seen her treat other customers in store poorly as well. Very disappointing.
