the customer service here is actually so bad
Walked in with my daughter and my son in my arm when the white girl was cursing and talking about others employees food, I didn't care at first, but then, the second one got an attitude for no reason and wouldn't even ask questions right is because of employees like these businesses loose customers. Definitely will not try this specifically subway, Until I don't see these 2.
Rude workers. Yesterday around 5 in the afternoon 1 African American girl and 1 Caucasian girl were working. Idk if they were in a bad mood or something but they were very rude, they were constantly laughing at the customer’s accent and they just didn’t want to do their job. The customer would say something and they would snicker making fun of them. I hope that they realize that they’re there to work and not be rude or make fun of people
I’m not really looking for a good afternoon how are you from employees, like this is a job and all it entails is making subways properly and following sanitary precautions. I watched an employee basically shred the entire upper layer of my loaf as she ripped into it and use her hand to sweep stray pieces of food off the counter top and then use the same hand to grab veggies for my sandwich. It wasn’t only disgusting but disrespectful to boot. This isn’t a piece of luggage you can just toss around, it’s my lunch that I’m paying for. Kindly treat it with more respect than pig chow. Absolutely horrendous service. I’d give 0 stars if possible.
Staff was talking about Roaches inside the store, and staff was so unprofessional, they get mad because they have to attend us, they here sitting down about to get pizza, never will be back this place this store employees sucks..!!
Go there if you want to be overcharged. On a foot long tub putting 2 slices of cheese is ridiculous OK there's an upcharge for it but over $5 of an upcharge. I got it toasted but she put it in there for less than 30secs. Still cold, no melted cheese,... I didnt want to deal with her inconvienced attitude anymore.
I have been a customer of this particular Subway location for a while. With that said, this is my first time ordering online and picking it up. Also, a first, I did this at a 'close' to closing time time-frame. If that makes sense. Anyway, I only wanted one line of mayo and one line of mustard. I don't think they paid much attention to the directions inside the options box provided to me by the app. Please, delicatessens, use this as an experience to better yourselves throughout the workday. I truly understand you're tired. We customers have been coming in and out of your store everyday you unlock the doors and allow us to do so. We do this because we love and like what you're serving. We come back because of the experience we received the first time. This 1(one) time, I didn't enjoy my sandwich. It's cool. I will be back. I know yall got me. Ya'll good.
