Why is that old lady the rudest Subway employee I’ve ever encountered? I know I’m not the only one who’s dealt with her. Apparently she’s claimed to be the “owner’s mother” and is absolutely despicable when it comes to customer service, he should NOT allow her to work there anymore because she literally drives people away. If you see the older lady in there, don’t bother going in unless you want to be treated like garbage and then expected to tip on top of that.

Alright, so I'm bored, and I plan on reviewing every place in Hinesville. This is hands down THE subway to go to! I come here on my lunch breaks, and the service has been phenomenal every single time. The workers are always super nice. 10/10

Meats and stuff were covered so I even couldn’t see what to order. Weird

Would not buy from this store again. Food suck, service bad, nothing good.

If I could a no star I would!!! I went there yesterday and the 1 employee was very very rude and this is not her first time being rude. She threw the portion paper (where it tells them how to make the sandwiches) at me. I called the owner and he rushed me off the phone. Didn’t hear anything I had to say! ONCE AGAIN THIS IS NOT MY FIRST TIME EXPERIENCING THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR FROM THIS SPECIFIC EMPLOYEE I WILL BE TAKEN THIS SITUATION HIRE.

I've been here a couple of times and have not encountered a bad experience yet. The girls are always pleasant and friendly. They keep the dining room nice and clean. My sandwich is always on point. This location will definitely be my go-to. Thanks and keep up the great work!
