Placed order for two subs online. Simple instructions and nothing fancy on the sandwiches. Ordered a turkey with mayo, mustard, lettuce, onion, pickles, oil/vinegar. Got home to chopped up bits of turkey drowned in mayo and mustard—-nothing else. Paying attention to simple instructions goes a long way. Probably my last visit.
Ronnie has the worst customer service ever like it doesn't even exist. He's rude. He doesn't know how to smile. Everybody else is fine. I need their at least once or twice a week. Good very fast. Ronnie just has zero personality. And comes off as brash and arrogant. I specifically go to the subway because it's like a less than an eighth of a mile from my house but guess I'm going to have to start going to the other one on 127
Placed an online order for my grandparents and me to eat for Sunday lunch. Everyone’s order was wrong besides my grandpas and quite frankly his could’ve been wrong too but he eats anything in front of him with no complaints ( ) My 6” sub didn’t have cheese- I’m pregnant and that ruined my day (if you know you know!!!) also got a small pizza with cheese and pepperoni (you have to pay extra for pepperoni) but guess what wasn’t on my pizza! PEPPERONI. & it was cold. My grandmas order was wrong, ordered the sweet onion teriyaki 12” and tell me why she had a plain chicken sub with no SAUCE. That’s an up-charged sub for not being basic, and we paid the extra for NO REASON. Called to ask what can be done about it, or to Atleast get decent customer service and the employee basically said she can’t believe what I’m saying is true because I am not bringing my subs and pizza back up to them to see for themselves, I am not driving 15 minutes one way and 15 back when it should’ve been done right the first time. Just because someone isn’t in front of you to watch your every move and make sure you do YOUR JOB right doesn’t mean you should slack off and do a poor job. Integrity; doing the right thing even when no one else is looking. They should hire more people who have that quality. Also should work on customer service for all employees. Not impressed and not sure that I will be going back to this location for the foreseeable future.
Walked in with one person in front of me and three employees behind the counter. All three employees ignored myself and the other gentleman for at least 5 minutes. No welcome to subway or anything they didn’t even look up and acknowledge that we were there. Sucks last resort treats their customers better than this place. If I could give them a 0 I would.
03/02/24 6:30pm. Today I asked for an order and I was served by a young woman, who needs a little education, it seems that she has never known the word thank you, her facial expression was like one of disgust, otherwise everything was pleasant, I told her thank you and just He frowned his face.
Tried to order and the person with the grey beard tried pushing a version of the desired sandwich and would not let it go after being told that we didn't want it. Situation turned into a verbal altercation and an unsatisfactory product. I will not be going back.
Ordered some food online. Walked in to pick up my order, and the little edgelords working in there literally huffed and scoffed about every single person that walked in while I was standing there waiting on my food. When I got home with my food, 3 out of 4 of my subs were almost completely wrong which is odd, considering that the receipt on the bag perfectly listed my order as I ordered it online. Apparently the staff just didn't have the cognitive ability to read an order. Maybe it's because they're too worried about complaining when customers walk in to actually read an order and make it correctly. Who knows but I wouldn't recommend ordering from here at least after 4pm unless you're sitting there watching them and making sure they're making your food the way you want.
