Theres 2 sides to a story. This reveiw joshua dickenson has posted really upsets me. He came in to pick up an ONLINE order and said he was over charged and didnt receieve 1 sandwhich for free. I apologized and said we havw no control over the subway app and pay. We receive the order 3rd party. He was upset and yelling at me as i finished his sandwhiches because he was early to come pick up. He then demanded me to give him free cookies for his military discount and since he was overcharged by the app that i have no control over. I put the side of apple sauce in the bag amd the kids white milk on the counter. He then yelled at me again saying i will be giving you a bad review trisha and purposely forgets the milk on the counter. I also had another customer in my shop standing there in disbelief of what happened. I can only control what happens in store. I never rang in his order to begin with. I work really hard in my store. I would never say no to a 10% military discount. He did not want to purchase the cookies. He wanted them for free.
Trisha is the most unprofessional "sandwich maker" we have ever encountered. We were over charged, didn't get our kids drink, refused to apply military discount. The food was horribly thrown together. She was rude and acted like the world was ending. We will never go back as long as she "works there". Strongly unrecomend to anyone. The lady messed my sandwich by making it with a different meat I didn’t ordered but i wont be fighting over a stupid sandwich lol. Someone give this people a stress reliever
The gal that made my sandwich is an artist and I could not be more happy. She really did a great job.
Great subs workers are nice and food is fresh
