I order food online and put the instructions to make sure to follow the instruction or will write a review, during pickup they started fighting and told us they can file lawsuit and started talking rudely. Unacceptable the lady does not know how doing business or talked to customer.
My recent visit to this Subway location left me utterly disappointed due to the shockingly disrespectful behavior of the employees. It's disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism in a customer service setting. I encountered dismissive and rude behavior from the staff members. Their lack of courtesy was not only palpable but completely unwarranted. I expected a basic level of respect, which was sorely lacking throughout my entire visit. The employees seemed more interested in their own conversations than assisting customers, creating an atmosphere of neglect and disrespect. It's disconcerting to think that a place that relies on customer satisfaction would allow such behavior to persist. I sincerely hope the management takes immediate action to address this issue. Customers should be treated with respect, and the behavior I experienced falls far short of acceptable standards. A serious reevaluation of the staff's attitude is crucial to maintaining a positive and welcoming environment.
Indians honestly running most of the fast foods chain tbh. Owner obviously bought these franchise and cheap out on everything and overall qualities eventually goes down. People let’s stop going to these places and support your local restaurants and businesses that are from Hamilton. Cheers
I have been going here for more than a year and hands down this is the best subway I have been to in Hamilton so far. Food is delicious and employees are very friendly and even know my order now. I would recommend it to everyone.

I just visited your subway, and one of your associates (the guy) was very rude to us. We were placing our order and waiting for it, but he forcefully asked us to leave quickly, even though our order wasn’t finished. I never expected this behavior from your franchise, but he treated us very disrespectfully. As customers, we don’t accept this behavior.
