Gave them a couple chances, but both times they left 3-4 items out of the order, or gave the wrong item. Check your bags if you order on the app, Subway won't give you any refund if you can't physically go back to the store

Used the Subway app to a e my order online and everything was ready to go on time when I arrived to pick up my order.

If you like your sandwich artist to speak to each other in Tagalog in front of you while you wait for your sandwich and then confront you about making a review on the subway app a week ago because they were busy outback having a conversation while I stood there for 5 minutes and that review was uncalled for according to a staff member and subway is “different” than other businesses that have front line workers. It’s ok to be outback to prep. This is one customer that won’t be going back to that location or the others they staff cycle through in metro, so they can stay out back and ramble on some more and prep.
