Two orders in the past week and both times no napkins. Seems like something petty but when you've got 10 11 and $12 sandwiches on the menu I expect at least a napkin. Now you're going to charge me a low order fee. How much do you make from a no order fee?

I ordered a Steak Egg and Cheese and they burnt the cheese. When I said something about the cheese being burnt the girl is gonna say to me how come everytime you come here it is always something wrong. In shock at her response I told her cause I’m paying customer who wants their food made properly. If you make my Sandwich right I wouldn’t complain. I told her I was gonna complain she tried to cover the burnt cheese up with Mayo and she made sure not to give me a receipt so I could have the store info.

I went in for a sub early in the morning and was greeted very happily. The person was fast and efficient and was also very sweet. He deserves a raise. #bestexperienceever I also came in around 9 may 21
