My family stood in line for over 30 mins to only find out they were completely out of bread. No one thought to mention it the whole time we waited in line. 100% ridiculous and rude. After waiting so long I needed to use the restroom but it was out of toilet paper and paper towels. Worst subway experience ever!
This is the worse Subway around. I have been standing in line for 20 minutes. The line is out the door. No pep in their step. It is like this everytime we come here. Makes Jimmy John's or Silver Mine Subs look like a better alternative. Owner please fix this!
Experience overall sucked I waited an additional 45 mins after my designated pickup time. Not only was it super late, my order was messed up I only got one type of meat when I should have gotten 2. The person making my order instead of asking if it would be okay to replace and item that was no longer available they assumed that I wanted cookies instead. Unacceptable. I believe that my order as well as many others that were waiting would have received their orders faster if the other employee didn't just up and leave in the middle of a rush.
Placed order online it said it was ready at 6:55pm when I got to your location to pickup the order it wasn’t ready I had to wait till 7:20pm to get my order.. sandwiches were not made how I placed the order you only had 1 employee working..
Kiani is a true sandwich maker and I enjoy the company of everyone who works here. Truly a great team.
Absolutely a terrible place DO NOT EAT HERE!! THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND GAVE ME STUFF THAT I AM ALLERGIC TOO THAT IS DEFINITELY NOT OKAY THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY DID THIS AND THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER THEIR PHONE PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE SO THEY DON’T GIVE YOU SOMETHING YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO
Katrina was very helpful, even though it was extremely busy and she was the only one working. She did a great job getting our stuff made up while still greeting everyone who walked in! Kiani is also awesome whenever we come in. Great job!

Ordered through the app. We waited an hour past the scheduled time in order to receive our order. The manager understaffed on New Year’s Eve.
