Poor customer service and they wouldn't let me use my coupon when it says I can use it on that sandwich won't be coming bck
10 out of 10! Customer Service and service delivery was top notch! The Manager or Supervisor ask us how is everything going! I only ask this at High end RESTAURANT! There is hope for you after all you, Greeley! Thank you, Subway Team!
I ordered face to face because I didn't want any mistakes. LITTLE DID I KNOW I'd be charged for cookies I didn't even have.. lol it wasn't a big deal so I just called to see if they could put it back on my card without me having to drive back. They can't. But they are good at asking ARE YOU SURE? yes I'm sure... Lol I'm sure your job isn't hard at all so do better lady... Customer service is not your thing sadly
Placed an order online for my husband, they charged his card and when he went to go pick up after showing them order details and store address and charge on the card, they told him it was the wrong store (even though it wasn’t) and he had to pay again! Because he had no time to go somewhere else as he was going to be late for work. Very poor customer service and will definitely not be going back.
You will get food poisoning here. The person who owns this restaurant will handle food without gloves or washing hands. Overpriced for the quality of food.
The worst. Could have bought a better sandwich at a gas station. Ordered 3 subs every single one was wrong and none had been toasted or had cheese as requested. One sandwich had nothing on it except a single piece of ham on a footlong.
