Subway has lost my business. Not that my piddly bit of business will matter to them. They no longer carry swiss cheese which I was told was their most popular. I don't understand the reason to stop selling one of your most popular items. So ridiculous!!!
I had ordered my food online and when I had opened it up the bacon wasn't even heated up nor were any of my toppings on it and when I called to talk to the employees I talked to one girl first and she ended up passing the phone to another girl they admitted they just put the bacon on there without heating it up(I know it's precooked bacon but it looks gross and raw) and they laughed at me. She's all I don't know what you want me to do about it. I asked for the a manager and she said that's who handed her the phone and continued to laugh at me and hung up. I am honestly so shocked by how I was treated.
This is our neighborhood Subway. Lots of mistakes made, slow preparation, and does not honor corporate coupons. After today's mistake I called and clerk said there was nothing they could do to rectify the error. Take the drive and go to the next closest sandwich shop. On the positive side, I was happy to see Subway changed to paper bags.

Owners treat there employees poorly.I don’t support businesses that the owner (female) is rude to there employees.
We got what we asked for. Tasty. Service was polite and proper and the place is clean.
They did a good job even though our family of 6 took a bit of time to serve.
Maybe you should accept coupons. The subs are not worth the price so having a coupon is the only time it’s worth getting subway.
