They always mess up my orders. I'm usually a more mellow person. One or two pieces of stuff missing, I would be, "oh, well". But the fact I pay extra for extra stuff and/or some of the ingredients and STILL not getting the stuff I paid EXTRA for is what is ticking me off. They are stealing money from me, and hoping I won't notice! First, they tried to rip me off by giving me a 6 inch, when I clearly paid for a footlong. And now, they didn't give me the $2 extra avacoda I paid, essentially stealing $2 from me.
This is is warning to everyone who orders Subway online like me. They are BANKING on you not checking your food, so they can rip you off!
Foreigners, they couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand them.
I placed an order for pickup from the app for the Broadway location and the artisan was the most unprofessional employee that I have ever experienced. He didn't follow any directions on the order ticket. Just provide meat, cheese and sauce.. no other toppings were included on either sandwich. Got an attitude when I asked them to be wrapped individually and was on a FaceTime call with his girlfriend the entire time which was probably the reason it was late and nothing was correct. I will not be visiting this location ever again.

Worst subway in this area. Workers can't read simple instructions, rude as hell can't speak English, guy at register got mad because he didn't know to do the gift card and snatched the card from my hand. Wish I could give it 0 stars never going back.
The Arab guy that’s making sandwiches doesn’t even understand or speak English. Also super slow making sandwiches. No Greeting at the door. Looks dirty. And the guy that’s handling money wasn’t even changing gloves when touching food.
Very racist environment. Not sure who the two dudes are they didn’t want to take my order from the jump telling me the coupon I had didn’t work. And when I told them I’ll order online they said it’s going to take 45 to get the order . I HIGHLY wouldn’t recommend anyone coming here when those two are working and also kept talking in different languages when we asked them something yea I’ll never come back.
Just keep driving. Even the QT across the street has better sandwiches. Ridiculous portions: dude tried to give me 3 onions. Not sure what happened to subway, maybe it's just this location, but spent like $40 on 3 wimpy sandwiches. Also doesn't help that they can't speak or understand English.
Placed an online order for pickup. Got there at the alloted time, but had to wait 30+ minutes for the order. The interior of the business was dingy looking - not messy, but not really clean either. Store had no wheat bread. The bread was more like a baguette - thin and hard - than an Italian loaf. The vegetables were very sparingly added to the sandwiches. Overall, the sandwiches had very little flavor. Very disappointing. We won't be getting sandwiches from Subway again. This particular location should be avoided at all cost! You'd be better off learning how to photosynthesize than eat here.
New management has taken over and it’s for the worst. Like the other recent comments, sandwich had maybe 3 pickle and jalapeños slices each on a foot long with next to no sauce. Also, the guy was just wearing a t shirt, shorts and open toe shoes and proceeded to touch my sandwich with his bare hands to close it. After I called him out for it, dude put on a glove and tried to still hand me that sandwich. Used to be the best subway by far but naturally I will not be back at least for another 6 months to a year. I Only swing by when they do the BOGO deal anyways so not too big of a loss.

I will never go there again the service was awful I order my food online to pick at 140 and did not get my food till 3pm the guy that was there was on the phone and said I had to wait for his partner to show up. And when his partner showed up he did not was his hand at all and just put gloves on. Was not in outfit attire at all and then took someone else's order. And then got done with there order and use the same gloves to make my food and when I put on the app for more on there there was hardly anything on there. I'M SO UPSET I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!
My order was due at 3:00pm. I finally got out at 3:09. I ordered on website n still had to wait. There were 4 guys behind the counter. The African American boy was good it was But the 3 Indian guys didn’t know what the hell was goin on just looking at each other..apparently the 1 guy don’t know how to read a receipt with the directions printed on it I had to tell the guy how to make my sandwich n he still got it wrong. My bread was burnt n hardly any toppings. My daughter’s flatbread was not toasted hardly any toppings just plain disgusting. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had from a food establishment. I would like a phone call back from the corporate office. The money I spent was not worth the disappointing food.. Apparently u need new workers. SMH ONE PISSED OFF CUSTOMER..IF I COULD’VE THEY WOULDVE GOTTEN A ZERO
Horrible day here 5/23/2024. 1, the girls who are normally their were not. It was two men who did not know what they were doing and bagged the wrong sandwiches, even after the customer told him so. Made us keep the same lousy sandwich which barely had any tuna or veggies on it. If I see them serving again I will turn around and walk out. Bring back the girls'. Good luck
How long is the owners gonna let the bottom of the barrel management keep running this place to the ground? Absolutely ridiculous that there’s this many bad reviews right at the top of the page! Wake up. In the past year I’ve been disappointed with this place more than I’ve been satisfied. And every time they are out of something. I’ve even caught the manager in there gossiping with the 2 girls be go the counter when clearly she needs to be workout inventory!! Step up and get this place right!
This new employee was rude to me because I'm deaf. I tried over and over to show her on my phone the list of order but she had an attitude, rolled her eyes at me. I cannot speak, but for her to have an attitude to a customer with disabilities is just wrong. I used my phone to communicate, she needs to learn to be patient with deaf people or people with disabilities. I've been coming to this store for 9 years!! I might not come back anyways since you're out of food.
