They don’t even followed what’s been ask on the online orders they don’t even act like they wanna be at work sandwhichs made sloppy I ask for the sauce on the side so the sandwich doesn’t get soggy I’ll won’t be back to this location

How they don’t have ice machine is down like if you the owner and see this if you ice machine. Don’t work go buy some ice and put in a cooler or pay somebody to fix it if you care about clients am having good service I know we have the option not to buy

I had the worst experience the lady at the front had the nastiest attitude and on top of that works at the slowest pace, if she doesn't like working there she should leave, horrible service for customers and learn some manners

This 5 star is only for the hard working person who is there. You have only 1 person who is working so hard and trying to fill in all order for take out and dine in. The manager or business owner is irresponsible. Don’t do business with them. They are literally overwhelming and stressing the worker but not putting more people on the shift. Worst place.

They sneakily try to charge you more. Roast beef garlic aoili is 2x provolone but they gave 1x only at 7.89 & plain roast beef 7.59. We ordered one of each. He charged for both 7.89. Transaction number 1/A-340890. I told them & they just ignored me.

Ordered curbside and my sandwich was DRY even though I had 3 dressings & I asked for toasted sandwich and it was not toasted at all. Employee was kind of rude when handing me the sandwich.

The service is what is the worst aspect of this Subway. The sandwich makers do not seem to like their customers at all and 1. Do not listen to how the customer wishes to have their sandwiches made. 2. Rude and smart mouthed 3. Handles the sandwiches poorly 4. Too often waits until they are out of the meats or veggies or condiments before restocking which 5. Has them to leave the sandwich in the wide open for several minutes 6. Often overcharged for various items. There is one particular employee l, a much older man who is basically over his head here. Rude, smart mouthed, and sloppy looking. Poor handler of sandwiches and does not listen as you have to repeat yourself over and over again and he will still get it wrong which causes frustration. He really needs to go. Honestly this store does not deserve any stars and will no longer step foot there again. Will just drive further to another location or to Pot Belly.

Understaffed, rude employees, have no care at all in how they handle customers sandwiches. I came here on 2 different occasions 1 time me and another customer walked in and there was no one to help. Apparently the lady was sitting in the back for a good 10 minutes before she decided to help, in hopes of the customers getting tired of waiting and leaving. Another time I came in and an older man who’s names was Roman made my sandwich with no care what’s so ever. It makes me think would they prepare they’re own food the same way they make it for customers? 🤔 I felt bad because he is older and was on his own with no help and does not even know how to use the register, I had to help him with the card machine with another customer who was in the line before me. Never going back to this one, absolutely a joke.

I tried to buy a gift card and the Hispanic lady who was serving told me that I could only pay in cash, not a debit or credit card.. first time a subway asks me to pay in cash, the lady was rude

Ordered on App. Nothing was ready and I had to wait 20 minutes. One poor guy behind counter. On a cowboys Sunday?

We ordered Door Dash and when I got my food the person at Subway apparently didn't read my order because I asked for mayo and cheese on my tuna bowl. Did I get either?! Hell no! I also asked for Bacon, why would you put UNCOOKED bacon on a bowl/sandwich?! The least you could've done is heat it up first!! 😡🤬

One of the workers is grumpy who also gave me old lettuce which wasn’t asked for and doesn’t listen to customers efficiently.

I got a cold cut combo foot long, when I got home it it only bologna ! Tasted like the mayo was old ! I ate 3 bites then offered it to my dog he wouldn't eat it !!!
