Subway

I order online I came to pick up and my order was not ready the lady told me I had to get in line. I’m like what is the point of ordering online

Supper slow took and hr to get a subway only one person serving while there was 2 people in the back and the person serving taking her time

Over priced, mobile orders always take 25-30 mins., too many homeless people hang around inside.

Me and my family tried to get food at 9: 24pm and they have the doors locked and they would not let us in and they had customers and they're ordering is very rude super disappointed with Subway really wanted a footlong

Ordered my sandwich watched them make it paid for it was handed my sandwich drove 30 mins back to my office sat down and went to eat and realised I was handed the wrong sandwich so I paid for one of there new itilliano sandwiches with all the fixings and was handed a very bland turkey on wheat with no cheese not toasted and nasty toppings I can't just make the drive back to the other end of the island to get this mistake corrected so my lunch today was ruined because the lady refused to listen to the lady in line behind me telling her she was giving me the wrong sandwich if the workers were not pushing people in front of others this could have been avoided I understand it's lunch rush but when you go through a fast food line you do not sit still while the people behind you are being served there is a line for a reason

We got a sandwich after the beach, service was not the best and I’m if I’m being frank I believe that the young lady making our sandwiches grabbed a mustard to go eat some food in the back after she made my fiancé’s sandwich. She said hold on a sec, which turned out to be 4 min and the manager wearing a KK shirt seemed to come and tell her to finish our sandwich’s. She had mustard on her glove and kind of hid her hand. I’m sorry but she didn’t even change her gloves I’m glad he finished making our order. I mean I understand if you’re hungry but so am I and I’m a paying customer… finish the sandwich then eat. We were the only customers besides another elderly lady behind us. Super dry bread and bad service

I ordered a meatball sandwich, and after the worker put the meatballs in the sandwhich and toasted it, someone else came out and decided that there were too many meatballs. She then removed some and put them back into the main container in front of me, which seemed unsanitary and rude at the same time.
