Subway

Used to be ok but with new servers it is going from bad to worse.

La chica que me atendio apenas se le escuchaba la voz de mala gana me atendio ,en el lugar las carnes no las puede ver el cliente para escoger la chica se mostro no muy conocedora de lo que hacia ,hay unos resipientes bajo la caja rejistradora que eatan muy sucios en malas condiciones parece que ya no eatan en uso pero todo sucio el espacio , la espinaca se veia algo vieja igual a la lechuga . Sorry pero hay que decir la verdad porque se paga la comida .

Beware they don't understand English. After asking several times and trying to point to get them to understand what I was saying...they ended up calling a manager on their cell phone and I had to tell him so that he could relay it to them in Spanish. It's ridiculous! I was ordering pretzels. I just wanted to know when they were made and they couldn't understand a word I was saying.

The Subway franchise is usually a great choice until the encounter with this location. Visited the Subway within the Walmart on Guilford Drive a few weeks ago and left empty handed. First, the 2 hispanic female workers gave me the impression they did not speak english well because ordering was so difficult but I did not hold that against them. Second, unfortunately when servicing the caucasian man after me both women seem to speak and understand english perfectly but still I didn't get offended. Finally my food came out of the oven and the one female worker reverted back to not understanding what I was saying and when she called for the assistance from the other female worker, was the final chance for me. When the other female came to help she appeared from the back of the store and without hesitation she proceeded to handle my food with dirty gloves on her hands. Then I mentioned the food was no longer wanted because of the lack of following sanitary practices,,,,, both women became so offended. WHAT IN THE DISGUSTING BIAS BEHAVIOR IS GOING ON HERE.

The girls are rude!

To be fair, almost all Subways attached to Walmarts are garbage. The employees are usually bad-tempered, third-world refugees that hate white people and give you the impression that it's a tremendous burden on them just to open their mouth and ask you what you'd like to order. This piece of filth on Guilford is about that same level of low class. Personally, I think Subway has steadily gone down the tubes since their spokesman was exposed as a kiddy-fiddler.

Terrible customer service . The woman who was making my sandwich was rude and belligerent . She yelled at me several times .

I was here at 7:30 Pm on January 16th 2023. Way overcharged and missing some of my kids meal. It's on me for not checking the receipt but you really shouldn't have to worry about this. I just looked through the reviews and they have multiple one star ratings. Do not recommend. Hopefully something is done with this location soon.
