Stopped in for a late lunch and wasn't expecting much beyond the usual. I was pleasantly surprised this time because the service my fiancee and I received from Tim was above and beyond what we are used to at any fast food restaurant. He cared about the quality of order instead of just trying to get us out the door. Tim gave us a great experience and guaranteed us coming back the next time we want a quick lunch.
Meatball subs are always good. But beware service sucks, and they lied to me and said they don't take coupons, well I suggest they start using a different receipt
Visited this location to place an order. As I approached the counter the young lady working didn't acknowledge me in any way. I patiently waited. Then a second young lady comes to assist her and the two began debating who was going to take my order. This is my mindset- I come to get food not a showcase of willful ignorance nor sophomoric antics. Won't be back.
Bathrooms are clean, employees are friendly. The sub I get is consistently good. Online mobile ordering works well here, always get the sub in a timely manner.
They don’t greet me when I walked in and and anything when I left out…. And I the food was made sloppy and barely had any of the condiments I asked for on it
Decor is modern and the food is solid, but the staff that assisted me was extremely rude. I was having trouble with a coupon, from the $25 dollar holiday bonus, not scanning. Instead of trying to help me I was told the sub total multiple times to pay.
