He was absolutely rude when I was walking in. Walked in asking for my online order and with a rude tone and look he said “no it isn’t ready” Unacceptable. Plus forgot my chips in my order he couldn’t wait to get me out of there

Kaydence went beyond & above when making my sandwich. Her customer service is excellent people like her make experiences wonderful. Thank you so much my sandwich was wonderful ❤️

Usually love this subway! I got my sandwich today and I get it hair sometimes get in food but I pulled a whole wadded up knotted hair out of my sandwich today :/

The MLK, Jr is the WORST of all of the Subway's owned by the Culpepper's. Be VERY WATCHFUL!!! If the veggies look Bad, they ARE!!! Owners do Not care if You have a ln issue!! Hire people that are Not Meth heads!!!

Ordered my 2nd beast sandwich today. The first was great, the second, not so much. While putting the meat on my sandwich the lady coughed onto her wrist! Didn’t turn her head or try to avoid blowing all over the the food in front of her ( a wrist won’t stop the mist ) then continued making my sandwich with what looked like a wimp instead of a Beast. Only thing she put double of was cheese and germs! I don’t know why I did, shock I guess? I paid for my sandwich, got no bag, no napkins and left no tip! Honestly, do people think they are going to earn a next visit, with a performance like that! Let alone a tip. I got a hair in my sandwich at the same store years ago and it took me 4-5 years before I ever went back. There won’t be a next time after this.
