Milan I believe is girls nickname was so nice and courteous she was fast efficient and friendly my 10 yr old son thought she was the best and hopes to see her there permanently

I presented a coupon for $6.99 for a foot long sub. And it wasn't entered in when I noticed the credit card had already gone through and coupon wasnt entered i asked the associate if coupon was entered and the girl working was very pleasant but she said it wasnt entered she apologized.She called her manager or the owner of the store and they refused to give me my money back or refund to me and or re-ring to use the 6.99 footlong coupon. So instead I paid 13.99 for the sub. Not happy especially since I presented coupon and it wasn't entered and the manager did not care.

Friendly employees. Fresh bread and vegetables. Always attentive about what you want and don't want on your sub. Best subway in fall river hands down.

Fresh food, made right in front of you. Girl who has taken my order the past few times is fantastic!! She's very relatable & takes care in doing her best to make the food you order "your way" while being extremely polite n easy to communicate with 💯

Food is going up.You're getting less meat in your sandwiches

Subs very skimpy. They didn't have lettuce. The diet coke wasn't working. Paid 31.33 for three paper thin pieces of turkey on a footling sub. Veggies were also skimped on. Won't come back here. Employees were nice

The new hired manager has been so kind to me today. I had an issue with DoorDash not giving me my food and the manager and this employee with red hair was so kind to help me and remake my food for me and was so understanding and helped me ease my mind.

Ashley is always so sweet and always remember me I work up the street and love coming to this Subway 😍❤️All employees are very welcoming and friendly! My sandwiches are always perfect and the establishment is always neat and clean! Definitely like the new owners

Ordered my food online through the app at 5:50 and wasn’t done until atleast 6:30 , despite me being ahead of people, my order was done last. Won’t be back

The guy was working alone, took a long time (which is fine) but was EXTREMELY rude. Beyond reasonable. He even swore at me. He doesn't know the menu. Honestly, he should be removed working with the public until he can get trained properly.

Have been going to this subway for quite a while but the last few months it has gone down hill. What was a five minute ordering process is now ten. The women who work there are very rude and often swearing about management in front of customers. Today we arrived and both employees were smoking, they asked if we were picking up an order. We replied no and they were immediately annoyed. One employee followed us in, didn’t wash her hands and started to make our sandwiches. The other employee did the same. Very frustrating and will not be returning to this location. Staff is terrible.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Awful management. The worker literally folded my flatbread footlong the wrong way.
