Go to place for a healthy sandwich on short notice. Place is always clean and food fresh
Can’t see half the food, so it was difficult to choose.
Tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but for the third time now Ive ordered a Veggie Patty sandwich with cheese and got a Veggie Delite with no cheese. Twice pick up orders, and now most recently through DoorDash. Simple mistake I guess, but three times over the course of months is pretty rough. They have different names.. Ingredient quality was pretty poor, overall.
They guy with the cigarette on his ear while making my subway sandwich unprofessional lazy does not want to make sandwich the customer way he says “you pick from the menu”
I've been there twice and been told they were closed
The owners of these subways need to put the option to get WHITE BREAD for your sandwich, on the online ordering site. This location and the one about a mile north on Hewitt both make you have to call and ask for white bread for an online order and many times when you call, they don't answer the phone.
Been here a dozen times over the years and no complaints.
Placed an order through the app, which says this location is open 24 hours. I call to ask if my boyfriend can get it even though it’s in my name, just in case because it took my money for the order and the man on the phone said nothing and hung up on me. I called back for a second time thinking maybe it was a dropped call and he said hello i asked again and he said we’re closed so i simply said okay can you cancel my order so i can get my money back then but he hung up on me again mid sentence. The app showed the order was in progress, so i called back a third time because if they’re closed i want my money back. He answered the phone by very rudely saying “what?” i said can you cancel my order so i can get my money back and he said “no were closed” and hung up on me AGAIN for a third time!!! Never have i experienced such a rude customer service worker before like this when i was trying to respect them saying they were closed and simply cancelling my order as i cannot do so through the app!! My boyfriend drove there to get the order just in case since the app said it was being made, and the location was open with people inside. Subway, do better at training your employees- customer service work is NOT for everyone!!!! Very disappointed. Do yourself a favor as a customer and go to a different location.
I really wanted an Italian BMT. I think it may have been made to soon or something. It was a bit dry, and the bread was kinda hard. It was a disappointment to my taste buds. I think I will have to go to the store so I can go along with the assembly of my sandwich. I don't believe I will ever order online again.
Came in at 3am. Nobody there, tried yelling hello, no answer. Left. I came in once before a month ago with no problems, not sure what's up with the absent staff, seems unsafe
