1/30/2024 10:30am. I hope this review gets to owner. This man spent 20 minutes helping a family of 3, then he started to bake bread and left me there. After 10 minutes I had to go. I couldn’t wait any more. Very bad service. He didn’t even told me to wait or anything.
My mobile order was stolen by one of the employees and management and corporate don’t really care. I would stay away from here
They don't seal their delivery bags with tamper proof items like staples or other ways. Save your money and give it to a place that cares
I went here at 5:50 pm 12/30/23 and the worker was unbelievably rude. The second she was able to take the order she rushed me for answers that I was unsure about, but then she took like 10 minutes to make the first half of the sandwich. And when we got to the second half she didn’t put on two things I asked for multiple times (even though she acknowledged I wanted them), she didn’t wrap our sandwiches correctly, and she kept trying to have me get chips with my meal instead of the cookies that I asked for. There was also an Uber driver that walked in and she yelled at them and said they had to wait at least 15 minutes before she would even think about their order because there were customers (me and one other person) being helped, and the Uber driver wasn’t being rude or anything he hadn’t even opened his mouth yet to say he was an Uber driver. At the end of the line she also got upset because we “swiped our card at the wrong time” even though the machine said “swipe card”. I also almost forgot to mention that one of our sandwiches wasn’t even closed when we unwrapped it, the whole sandwich fell apart. This subway used to be the only subway my family would go to, but the service is disgusting now.
Best worker there is nebi he made my sandwich and gave me a cookie
