Lobby always closed, can't toast sandwiches or put extra when you order. What's the point of ordering online when you have to wait 15 minute drive thru line.
Been in this drive through for 20 minutes because the lobby is closed (it's never open). These people are rude and slow af. I could go to the store and get everything I need to make my sub, and make it before they were done with it.
The last several Times that I showed up for breakfast it's not open and it's past 9 o'clock
I am really pissed off at this subway. Two mornings in a row, I went for my husband and I because we work 3rd shift and there was someone there but they were not open. They open at 8 am and I went yesterday at 8:30 and again today at 9 am and they were closed. You shouldn't advise 8 am open if you aren't going to be. I really liked this subway. Not anymore.
A week or so ago, I went in to pick up an online order. I waited at the register for a good ten minutes. No one ever acknowledged me, nor do they have the online order rack you see at other Subway stores. They were busy as it was lunch, but that doesn’t excuse not being acknowledged.
My kids and I eat here every 2 weeks or so. It's one of the places we can go where everyone is happy with their food.
Friendly drive thru staff. But, no $5 footlong, so no 5 stars ...
So I asked for extra cheese- received none. Too late to drive back to ask them to fix it. Very disappointed.
