Placed an online order for pickup at 2pm. The current time of ordering was 1:30pm. The pickup of the sandwich was fast and friendly. The sandwich however wasn’t up to my expectations. I don’t think I’ve ever had bread so stale in my life from a subway. It was basically flaking and crumbling to pieces it was so hard. The texture was gummy almost chewy. Felt like I was chewing a piece of cardboard on the outside of my sandwich. I eventually gave up and ate the toppings with the meat in a salad style. Kinda bummed especially since the sandwich was like 12+ dollars. Service and ambiance was nice, sandwich was lame.
dont like that they have the meats hidden from view when ordering.
This is the worst experience I've ever had at your restaurant. I've lived in this area for 10 years now. I ordered on the mobile app, and it was 10 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. But they didn't have my order ready and it took an additional 10 minutes. On top of that they FORGOT to add the bacon AND toast the bread. So I had to drive back and ask for the bacon. They apparently gave the heated bacon to another customer. So I got cold bacon in a bag. When I got home to put on the bacon it was for only ONE footlong, I ordered TWO footlongs. I didn't even go back to point out that I'm still missing bacon for the other sandwich. So yeah, I'm gonna tell all my friends about this. And I'm never ever coming back.
This place went absolutely above and beyond to make sure my friend with severe allergies was made a sandwich which was safe. I was absolutely blown away by the amazing and caring service they provided. Amazing service. Thank you And shout out to the employee Tati who provided the best customer service ever

8/5 star experience. My server Tati was very kind and considerate and made me feel like I could safely order my food despite having anaphylactic allergies. Every employee was very kind and he building was spotless. Overall a great time and this subway deserves 5 stars. Dietary restrictions: Very open about the small risk of cross contamination but put in all the effort to avoid cross contact. Such as; changing gloves, getting ingredients from the back, cleaning toaster oven, washing hands, and cleaning work space.
