Why is this location charging $3-4 more than every single other location in the area? Drive past this dump and visit the location on Gratiot and 9 mile.

The staff isn’t trained to give refunds so they can steal your money. I received food that was unacceptable and improperly made so I requested a refund. I was told by the leader that he was never trained to perform a refund because even though he’d asked repeatedly his supervisor won’t train him. But here is the bigger problem this supervisor is only is the building in the morning. So am I to miss work and be inconvenienced further to get my refund. I don’t know we will see what this supervisor says in the morning when I call …UPDATE TO FOLLOW

The drive-thru kiosk doesn't have everything on the menu and I can't order from the drive-thru I have to go in makes no sense. Any can't I verbal speak my order if what I smh isn't available. Flatbread

Went in and bought a sandwich, omw out asked to use restroom employee said it's not for public and the door was locked. If I just bought a sandwich wouldn't that make me a CUSTOMER ?????
