WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
The subs are usually okay but the employees are typically just unfriendly and act as though they don’t want to be there. One of the young girls got upset and made my sandwich sloppy and with attitude because I told her it was pointless to wear gloves to make sandwiches if she was just going to touch screens and everything else. She made a sly comment and proceeded to take it out on my sandwich - I just walked out; There’s probably 10 Subway’s within a 15 mile radius. No need to deal with that unprofessional nastiness.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!! And I NEVER leave reviews. Will not be going back here again. Rushed my food, it tastes horrible! Waist of money.
Haven't had subway in years. Not sure why I went today but I'm glad I did. Anna is a treasure with amazing customer service. She was a lovely person to talk to after having a rough time at work. She makes a good sub too but thats secondary to the happy conversation she brought. I'll probably grab subway more often now on lunch breaks.
Subway was clean, but service was slow. Very little portions of food for what you pay. Went against my number 1 rule. If the Subway is in a Publix plaza, always go to the Publix for subs. Publix was packed and Subway wasn’t, I now know why!! Milk was 7 days expired.
Horrible customer service!! The two girls acted as if they didn’t even want to be there or even work to that matter. I got bacon added to my sub but some where between trying to get something else on there they didn’t put it on there. They were too busy trying to talk and giggle instead of making my sub. This subway ALWAYS HAS HORROBLE WORKERS. I really don’t understand what’s so hard about making a sub. If you don’t want to work LEAVE!!!
They say have it your way. But when you tell them how you want it and they continuously keep trying to get you to change how and what you want.?! I mean , how hard is it to just do as ask? Multiple times, repeating same thing! Having customer service should be good experience. Ɓut continuing over and over to try and upsale and ignore the customer becomes harassment! Also ridiculous!!!
The worst subway I have ever been to. I ask for a pro. I had to ask for more meat 3 times. My wife's wrap had about 2 full bottles of mustard and mayonnaise on it. And the employee was just smacking her gum and popping bubbles while making my sandwiches. Will never go back.
i got 4 sandwiches and 2 of their pizzas and i asked for ALL of the sandwiches to be toasted and none of them were when i got them which means i had cold nasty sandwiches. i don’t know who was working there but they need to get there act together because that’s ridiculous. my kids weren’t happy with the outcome & neither was my husband and I. major waste of money, take your money somewhere else.
My family and I came in at 8:11pm tonight (Friday 4/15/22). After ordering 3 of 5 sub combos, we were told that we COULDN’T dine-in because they close at 9:00 and they needed time to clean-up and close-out the registers so they COULD LEAVE at 9:00.
So, 2 of us decided not to eat Subway but go next door to Panda Hibachi where we were welcomed to dine-in but took it to-go since the other 3 with us HAD to take their Subway to-go.
When I worked in a restaurant in the early ‘90’s for a few years, we also closed at 9:00 pm on Friday nights. BUT, 9:00 meant 9:00 back then, not 45 minutes early so the workers could get off at exactly 9:00. Back then, if 30 people walked in to the restaurant at 8:59, they were served and welcomed to dine-in, because we DIDN’T CLOSE UNTIL 9:00. We were lucky to get out of the restaurant by midnight because we didn’t start cleaning until every customer was out of the restaurant. The way it is supposed to be!

We ordered 2 combo meals through the subway app for delivery. The sandwiches showed up in a reasonable amount of time. No drinks,no chips, no cookies. After 10 phone calls someone finally picked up the phone and said they can't do anything because it was through door dash. The manager was less than polite or helpful. She keeps saying there is nothing she can do. Way to much work for a couple drinks and chips. 100% do not order delivery from them.
Absolutely the worst, most PATHETIC customer service I've ever experienced. Employees on 10/3/22 at 7 pm acted as if me ordering was the end of their world, and VERY rude and entitled. They were out of stock on most everything too. I spent $50 there.....NEVER again. EVER! Place needs to hire people who want to be there. Wish I could give negative stars.
Team regularly closes at 8:45pm. So if you are expecting the hours posted online to be correct you and your family may go without food. For clarification purposes food is put away and customers are turned around NO LATER THAN 8:45PM!
May be the worst Subway experience ever. The only positive thing was the young man who made my sandwich was polite. Since there was no inside dining, I had to take my meal to go. My sub had a Clorox taste. I threw it away. I got a diet soda and it tasted like Cherry Coke. On the way out, i noticed all the tables and chairs were piled up and trash was visible under and around them. I will go next door to Publix for my next sub.
