Old bread. Poorly made sandwich. Overpriced.
Super nice and friendly people. Well stocked, well lit, extremely clean, colorful interior. Prices have gotten a bit out of hand, though
My husband came in today (July 15th 2024). He made it known he was in there and was completely ignored. This is NOT the first time this has happened. We live out off of 61 so this Subway is the one he would prefer to go to but ends up always waiting forever for an employee to help. Today he just walked out because he didn't want to wait 30 min like he has done before. Let's also talk about the employee attitudes. Their attitudes are disgusting and they act as if a customer being there is an inconvenience to them. Our experiences with this Subway haven't been any where near even a 1 star for about 2 years. The ONLY reason I have put a 1 star rating is because a 0 star rating isn't optional. I don't know how this Subway is still open. After reading the other comments it's clear we are not the only ones receiving such poor quality service. We use to frequent this Subway quite a bit but the past 2 years we just can't handle the poor quality we receive EVERY TIME. Someone needs to go in there and retrain all the employees or just fire and rehire till you get it right. We have decided we WILL NOT be returning anytime soon.
Had me vomiting in my hotel room. Cross contamination right in front of my face. Do not come here.
I go into subway to order a wrap. The employee working lays down a piece of flatbread you'd use to make a pizza on. I told her nicely again I wanted a wrap, not flatbread. She informed me that that was their wraps. Very disappointed I was still willing to try. Subway...you have your employees roll everything up into a log. There is no seal to keep it together. All your condiments and fillings fall out of the bottom. You're still charging $11+ for this (meal not included). Highly inappropriate for the food service. Subway definitely lost my business.
Service needs improvement... Sandwich was made sloppy
Ordered Delivery through the subway app from this location at 8:40am this morning and within minutes the order was cancelled, called 3 times with no answer. Just left w $45 hole in my pocket and two hungry stomaches
People aren't friendly. They also don't seem knowledgeable in what is on the menu.
Every time I order online they don’t read the special instructions who wants cold bacon.
Everything is usually good. I may have had 1 or 2 bad experiences. But overall, good.
Food was fine but the employees wouldn’t take a break from their personal conversation to give me their attention for ordering food.
Went in to order three footlongs as we had a good coupon. The employee working was not aware what customer service was. The first sandwich made (for children) smashed together with mayo coming out of everywhere, mentioned that the sandwich was for kids and the worker just scoffed, asked to fold the sandwich ourselves and was told no. The second sandwich was doused in tomato juice and when that was mentioned we were asked why we couldn’t stand a little tomato juice. Since the sandwich toasters were not working we asked for them to warm up the meat for a sweet onion sandwich, they told us they will warm up the whole sandwich after it’s made veggies and all. We left with no sandwiches and went somewhere else.
